Every day I wake up and immediately I am in “GO” mode.  There are so many tasks to do even before getting to work. As a mom of five, I am always putting others before myself. Daily, I have an endless list of things to do. Laundry is never caught up, dishes are always piling up, the toilet paper roll is usually empty and I am exhausted before I even walk into the office. Then the work day begins and after work it is back to finishing or trying to finish everything that was started in the beginning of the day and I find myself overwhelmed, rushed, on edge, and empty by the end of the day.

Can anyone else relate to what I am saying? It doesn’t matter if you’re a stay at home parent, full time provider or someone that plays a little role in every area throughout the day. There is never enough time in the day to get everything done. It is challenging to be thankful when you are on the GO.

When life happens and we are going through the motions, do we ever just stop?Better question, Do you ever just stop and take breath re gather yourself and re set your mind, your heart and remember to be grateful in ALL things?I know I don't.
